Spindle & Handrail Refinishing

For this interior project, our team refinished the client’s stair spindles and handrail to bring new life and durability to a high-traffic area of the home. The existing surfaces were carefully sanded to remove worn finishes and create an ideal profile for adhesion. We then applied an oil-based primer to ensure maximum bonding strength and long-term durability, followed by Benjamin Moore’s Cabinet Coat—chosen for its smooth finish, hardness, and resistance to daily wear.

As always, Lee Painting took great care to protect the home throughout the process. Carpets, trim, and surrounding surfaces were fully masked and covered to maintain a clean, safe workspace. Every component was hand-painted with precision, ensuring crisp lines, a flawless finish, and a result that complements the home’s overall design.
